Each year Revenue Canada makes changes to the tax system and this requires updates to your payroll software. Your support package entitles you to all the payroll changes as they are released. Easypay typically releases two updates per year - in June and December.

Unlimited telephone, fax and e-mail support is available to every support program member. Inquiries submitted by fax or e-mail will receive a reply by the following business day.
Our hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.
All registered users also receive the Easypay Newsletter which is published twice a year. The newsletter provides helpful tips on using the software and also describes any new products or services available from Easypay.
